About the Role

As a Cleaning Crew Member, you'll be responsible for keeping our workspace spotless, hygienic, and welcoming every single day, so employees and visitors always walk into a great environment.

This is a hands-on role for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and proud of a job well done.

Location – Berlin, Germany (on-site)

What You'll be Doing

• Perform daily cleaning of offices, meeting rooms, kitchens, restrooms, and common areas
• Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards throughout the office
• Empty and manage waste and recycling bins in line with local recycling guidelines
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and cleaning materials
• Clean and maintain floors, windows, and surfaces on a regular schedule
• Report maintenance issues or repair needs to the Facility team
• Handle cleaning equipment and supplies safely and responsibly
• Support setup and cleanup for internal events or larger gatherings
• Follow health and safety protocols at all times
• Other duties as needed

About You

• Previous experience in commercial or office cleaning is a plus
• Reliable, punctual, and thorough — you take pride in a clean, well-kept space
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule of tasks
• Basic understanding of cleaning products, tools, and safety practices
• Good communication skills to flag issues or supply needs
• German language skills preferred; basic English is a plus
