We're on a mission to revolutionize the home coffee experience through a seamless ecosystem of hardware, software, and specialty coffee. nunc. is the kind of product people think about before they buy: premium, considered, and worth it. And the relationship doesn't end at the sale. For us, that's where it begins. We've launched, we have paying customers, and we're growing. Now we need someone to own and scale the commercial engine that turns interest into lasting revenue.

So what is the role?

This is a senior leadership role with full commercial ownership. You work directly with the founders and operate at leadership level, with the autonomy and accountability that comes with it.
We have the product, the brand, and a growing pool of leads. What we're still building is the full commercial architecture: the channels, the funnels, the systems. This role is for someone who thrives on relentless test-and-learn at high speed, who can throw out what doesn't work within days, not quarters, and build the next thing just as fast.

We're looking to fill this role with a start date in Q4 2026 or Q1 2027.

The role in detail:

Sales strategy: nunc. isn't classic D2C, it's a high-priced product built on experience, so you build, test, and scale both digital channels (Affiliate, Referral, Influencer, Performance Marketing) and offline formats (roadshows, pop-ups). You test with discipline and move on quickly from what doesn't perform.
Conversion & nurturing: you manage the full pipeline from marketing handover to close. That means structured funnel testing, segmented nurturing flows, and personalized journeys based on where each customer is today: their setup, their habits, their entry point. You know your conversion rates and what it costs to bring a customer to purchase, and you leverage AI tools and automated workflows to do this at scale.
Customer lifecycle & CLV: post-purchase engagement, upsell, and long-term customer value. The sale is the beginning, not the end.
Strategic partnerships & expansion: develop large commercial deals and B2B channels where they accelerate revenue, and lay the groundwork for our first markets beyond DACH.
Team building: you grow and develop our existing lean, high-performing commercial team as we scale.

This is the next level you achieve after 6 months:

A KPI dashboard live from day one, giving full visibility on revenue, funnel conversion, and channel performance.
Multi-million EUR revenue achieved and new sales approaches tried and tested.
A conversion system in place: segmented nurturing flows, tested funnel logic, and clear data on what it costs to bring a customer to purchase.
Post-purchase touchpoints established, with first CLV initiatives running.
A clear go-forward plan for the next 6 months, grounded in what the data shows.

What you need for this role:

Senior (7-10 years) commercial experience in premium DTC, consumer hardware, or a high-consideration product. Ideally you've built a similar commercial setup before, from scratch, including CRM, funnel tracking, dashboards, and playbooks.
A proven track record of moving revenue, not strategies: you can point to the numbers you moved.
Digital sales fluency: deep understanding of Affiliate, Referral, Influencer, Email Nurturing, and personalized outreach.
AI-first mindset: you actively build and rely on AI and agentic sales workflows as core infrastructure, not an add-on, to create scalable, high-output systems.
High altitude and hands-on: you're equally comfortable setting commercial strategy and leading customer conversations yourself. Both are part of the job.
Entrepreneurial & winner mindset: you find solutions where others find blockers, thrive in environments where not everything is built yet, and don't stop until the result is there.
International expansion experience: you've taken a company into new markets before, or have a clear understanding of what it takes to build a commercial go-to-market setup abroad.
Fluent in German and English.
High willingness to travel (potentially weekly) for commercial events, customer meetings, and market-building: you're on the ground and hands-on, not just running the dashboard remotely.
