Job Title: Construction Supervisor

Duration: ~6 months (with potential for extension)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor to support and coordinate industrial construction activities on a large-scale project in Germany. You will work closely with engineering, production, and site execution teams to ensure all project activities are completed according to schedule, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

  Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards

  Report progress, risks, and results to project management

  Prepare and manage P&IDs, piping plans, E&I documents, and civil drawings

  Coordinate technical alignment between engineering, execution, and production

  Support on-site technical queries and construction challenges

  Translate project requirements into workable technical solutions

  Monitor project progress, quality, and schedule

  Apply German regulations within the project

What You Bring

• 
  

  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field

  
  


• 
  

  Extensive experience as a Construction Supervisor, Construction Engineer, or similar in industrial projects

  
  


• 
  

  Proven background in multidisciplinary project engineering

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with industrial construction projects

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of piping, civil, and E&I disciplines

  
  


• 
  

  Experience preparing and managing technical documents (P&IDs, piping plans, E&I, civil)

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of German construction and industrial regulations

  
  


• 
  

  Fluent in Dutch and German (spoken and written)

  
  


• 
  

  Strong organizational and coordination skills

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines and stakeholders
