Arbeitsbeschreibung - Consultant AI Governance (m/f/d)

What we look for:

You support clients in building and improving AI governance frameworks across policy, risk, security, and operational controls.
You help assess AI use cases, identify risk implications, and structure governance requirements for generative AI, machine learning, and emerging agentic AI workflows.
You translate regulatory, security, and internal control requirements into practical recommendations, templates, and decision criteria.
You contribute to governance reviews, control assessments, and documentation for high-impact AI initiatives.
You work with interdisciplinary teams across strategy, tech, data, legal, and security to support AI-enabled transformation projects.
You prepare analyses, workshops, and management-ready materials to help clients make clear decisions on responsible AI adoption.
You support the development of internal best practices, reusable assets, and client-facing offerings in AI governance and AI risk.

What we require:

You have 2–3 years of experience in AI governance, technology risk, cybersecurity, data governance, privacy, digital risk, or a related consulting or in-house role.
You have a solid understanding of key AI risk topics such as security, privacy, bias, explainability, model oversight, and third-party risk.
You are interested in how organizations can scale AI in a controlled way without slowing down innovation unnecessarily.
You can structure complex topics clearly and turn analysis into pragmatic recommendations.
You communicate confidently in English and work well with both business and technical stakeholders.
You bring a hands-on, detail-oriented, and solution-focused working style.
You are fluent in English.
