Arbeitsbeschreibung - Consultant / Manager Digital Strategy (m/f/d)

Digital Transaction Advisory:

You assist in developing commercial/digital/technical due diligence reports for both buy- and sell-side transactions.
You conduct (digital) business models analyses for leading private equity clients in an international context.
You support in developing an equity story and (digital) value creation initiatives for portfolio companies of our private equity clients.
You prepare presentations for client projects and business development purposes.
You align and manage project requests and analyses in close cooperation with our internal expert teams.

Digital Strategy:

You analyze digital customer acquisition channels, technical and structural set-ups, customer journeys, and retention strategies.
You support in developing digital go-to-market and/or transformation strategies.
You identify client consulting needs, structure the problem, and develop solutions independently.
You prepare presentations for client projects and business development purposes.
You align and manage project requests and analyses closely with our internal expert teams.
You take part in and lead activities such as workshops, meetings, research, and stakeholder engagement for both client and internal projects.

You hold a university degree with excellent grades in business, economics, computer science or a related discipline (Master's degree or MBA an advantage).
You have a Master's degree (junior role) or at least 2 years (senior role) of relevant work experience with a focus on (digital) strategy, transaction advisory or digital marketing - additional qualifications are a plus.
You possess strong analytical skills and a strong affinity for technology, combined with a creative mind.
You demonstrate very good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You are a service-oriented and communicative team player with a passion for your work.
You are fluent in English and German.
