By managing everything from budgeting and forecasting to performance tracking, they provide crucial insights that empower decision-making and strategic initiatives. Their work supports our mission to scale sustainably while maintaining operational efficiency.
Roles and Responsibilities
You drive the weekly review process of our business performance and understand the drivers behind key metrics.
You track business initiatives and measure their success vs. expectations.
You are involved in the monthly financial reporting process and provide analytical input (e.g. inventory development)
You monitor our cash balance and prepare periodic forecasts.
You are a key contributor during the budget process and are responsible for separate segments (e.g. overhead, working capital).
You participate in various business projects, together with the management team and/or other teams.
