Our stylish Corporate Office in Munich bundles all construction, design, administrative and marketing functions as well as many front office activities outsourced from the hotel.

• optimize and maintaine distribution systems to fully realize revenue potential across all connected channels


• keep our booking system interfaces running smoothly by monitoring performance and working closely with our system providers


• maximize content scores and enhance Ruby Hotels’ visibility by maintain and optimize content management platforms such as Concerto HCM or Leonardo in cooperation with marketing 


• drive our online reputation by taking ownership of IHG's reputation management platform Medallia and the AI response tool MARA


• respond to international online guest reviews in line with Ruby and IHG quality standards and KPIs


• work closely with internal teams and external partners to keep our systems running smoothly

We've been waiting for you, since you have/are:

• completed training in the hotel or travel industry and have preferably already gained experience in a similar distribution role


• already had touchpoints with maintaining distribution channels such as websites, OTAs and GDS, and know how hotel distribution systems work 


• a good understanding of content management across Concerto HCM, OTA extranets and GDS


• a strong communicator who enjoys bringing different teams together


• a structured way of working, a great eye for detail and enjoy improving the way things work


• good written and spoken English and German skills
