Creative Director Digital

We are searching for a Creative Director for the digital products and services team in our Berlin office. In an interdisciplinary environment, we design and develop for the web and mobile. We apply agile methods and we design interactions from a user’s perspective.

What we expect from you:

• You have a proven track record of outstanding work for the web and mobile

• You have considerable experience in leading interdisciplinary (preferably agile) teams

• You frame projects, set up teams and define the roadmap for execution

• You generate new business and deepen existing client relationships

• You guide, teach and mentor your colleagues in developing ideas further

• You are an accomplished presenter and able to win the hearts of your audience

 We give you an international team of highly motivated and talented designers, developers, agile coaches. We have an awesome work environment and challenging projects for clients such as Ableton, Red Bull Music Academy and Volkswagen. We need you to work full-time and on-site in Berlin.
