Arbeitsbeschreibung - Customer Care Specialist (m/f/d)

As a member of our Customer eXperience Group, you would be servicing and supporting our customers and partners with high-quality results building on already strong relationships. You will love to make sure our customers get the most out of our software. You will provide solution-oriented advice to end users and actively work with your stakeholders (3rd level) to find solutions.

Your tasks: 
  • Engaging with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and build long-term relationships
  • Care for constantly improving customer experience
  • Live the journey of resolving customer issues from start to closure
  • Collaborating with other departments, as well as our international partners and 3rd-party vendors
  • Completed studies in Media Technology, Computer Science, Audio Production or equivalent work experience
  • Experience as a Support-, Service- or IT Specialist in a software company or media organization
  • Know-how in several of the following technologies: Radio/Broadcast Automation, Networking, SQL and other databases, HTML, Windows Server deployment and administration, Linux, Virtualization, common audio and video formats, DAW’s etc.
  • Self-motivation, solid time- and project management skills
  • Fluid written and verbal capabilities in English, other European languages desirable
  • Strong customer focus and willingness to travel on a regular basis

Nice to have:
  • Know-how in JavaScript, Containerization and Cloud technolgies, ILS
