Job Title: Customer Engagement Marketing Manager, Central and Eastern Europe (M/F)
Location: Frankfurt, Germany - Hybrid (3 days at the office)
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
The Job
You will be responsible for enhancing the customer experience through the implementation of integrated online and offline programs. You role focuses on driving cross-sell opportunities, customer retention and increasing our strategic relationships with customers by building C-level executive engagements and support your local area with digital campaigns and events. You will lead integrated marketing campaigns, manage customer communications, and foster a customer user community to facilitate knowledge-sharing.
