Customer Success Specialist (m/w/d)

Operational

• Customer and service-oriented support for order acceptance and processing
• Successful and customer-oriented advice for our customers (offline/online, telephone advice) 
• Targeted management and ensuring the smooth support of our customers (resellers, food retailers, retail agencies, Amazon and end customers)
• Coordination with logistics on the availability of goods 
• Interface management with the Sales, Logistics, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain departments
• Responsibility for complaints processing in cooperation with logistics 
• Flawless provision of customs and export documents

Education

Experience

• At least two years of professional experience in warehouse management and customer service 
• Experience in working with ERP systems (ideally SAP)  

Professional Skills

• Very good user knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge in the use of ERP/merchandise management systems, e.g. SAP  
• Strong commercial understanding combined with a high quality service level

Soft Skills

• Very good communication skills and solution-oriented problem solving
• Structured and self-initiated way of thinking and working
• Hands-on mentality and proactive, customer-oriented commitment
• Open demeanor and good teamwork skills 
• Planning, management and control skills 
• Very good knowledge of German and English, other languages an advantage
