Design Engineer Shipbuilding / Mechanical Design Engineer (m/f/d)

• Creation and maintenance of 3D models and 2D drawings
  
• Design of assemblies, foundations, deck equipment, hull components, and technical spaces
  
• Preparation and maintenance of bills of materials (BOMs), piping lists, and technical documentation
  
• Development of general arrangements and detailed designs
  
• Creation of CAM data, isometric drawings, and P&ID documentation
  
• Development of integration, installation, lifting, and transport concepts
  
• Coordination of technical matters with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
  
• Preparation of design review reports and punch lists (open items lists)
  
• Preparation of as -built documentation and handover documentation
  
• Support during factory acceptance tests and commissioning
  

Voraussetzungen

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a comparable field
  
• Experience in mechanical design and system integration
  
• Knowledge of Siemens NX, Teamcenter, or comparable CAD/PLM systems
  
• Familiarity with relevant standards and regulations (DIN, ISO, EN)
  
• Experience with technical specifications and change management
  
• Structured and self -reliant working approach
  
• Fluent English (business level)
  
• German language skills are an advantage
