You will get to know the hotel business with us. During the course of your studies, you will work in all relevant areas. These include

Front office/reception
Checking guests in and out
Cash register booking
Reservations
Guest communication on hotel booking portals

Breakfast area/F&B
Guest service 
Preparation of breakfast and breakfast buffet

Housekeeping
Ensuring the cleanliness of the entire hotel (public areas and guest rooms)

House Technic
Familiarization with the technical requirements and functions

Sales/marketing/revenue management
Knowledge of the hotel brand and marketing of the hotel
Calculation of hotel rates

Human resources/finance
Recruitment of employees
Creation of duty rosters
Preparation of training plans
Invoicing, posting invoices

You will get to know areas that we do not offer in Hamburg (Food & Beverage/Restaurant) in our hotels in Frankfurt or Munich. For the areas of Human Resources and Finance/Controlling, you will join us at our Head Office in Berlin.
