Arbeitsbeschreibung - Executive Assistant (all genders) - CFO


Join us as an Executive Assistant (all genders) in our CFO team and help shape the future of autonomous mobility!


As Executive / Personal Assistant to the CFO, you will be at the heart of our Finance organization, ensuring smooth operations, strong coordination, and clear communication within the CFO Office and division. As a trusted partner to the CFO, you will manage day-to-day executive support, oversee scheduling and priorities, coordinate executive meetings and events, and drive key operational topics. With a structured, proactive, and discreet approach, you will increase efficiency and impact across the organization while contributing to MOIA’s vision of shaping the future of autonomous mobility.


What you will do



  • Own and optimize the CFO’s calendar. Manage priorities and day-to-day scheduling in a dynamic environment.

  • Ensure efficient CFO Office operations by owning signature and office processes, coordinating travel, handling expense reports, maintaining key documentation, and supporting internal communications.

  • Serve as a key interface between the CFO Office and other C-Level/Senior Management offices, ensuring aligned timelines, clear communication, and smooth coordination on priorities.

  • Plan and organize business trips, executive events, and leadership meetings - ensuring excellent & efficient logistics.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.


What will help you to fulfill your role 



  • Completed degree in business administration, economics, or a comparable field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Proven experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant, ideally supporting senior leadership (C-level is a plus).

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills and a structured, solution-oriented mindset.

  • High level of reliability, discretion, and professionalism.

  • Confident use of MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Business-fluent German and English (minimum C1 level), written and spoken.

  • Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills.


Nice-to-have: 



  • Experience in a fast-paced, tech-driven, or mobility-related environment.

  • Familiarity with modern collaboration tools and AI-supported productivity tools.
