You will play a key role in creating a safe, supportive “home away from home” for boarding students, working closely with the Head of Boarding and a small, international team.
Supervise boarding students during weekend duties
Plan and lead activities, local excursions and support orientation for new boarders
Ensure safety, behaviour and wellbeing of students while on duty, including overnight supervision
Support the live-in boarding mentors and the Head of Boarding regarding student progress and welfare
Maintain accurate records and reports using REACH and other digital tools

We are looking for candidates who bring relevant experience and a commitment to safeguarding and inclusion.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in social work, education, pedagogy, psychology, youth work
Experience working with adolescents in residential, boarding or youth-care settings (min. 6–12 months)
Confident English (C1); German helpful but not required
Valid driving licence (manual transmission, category B or equivalent)
Willingness to work fixed Saturday & Sunday rota, including overnight duty
