- You are responsible for integrated financial planning (budget, forecast, long-range planning) and continuously develop and improve these processes.
- You take ownership of P&L steering, analyze key business drivers, and ensure full transparency on financial performance.
- You run regular forecasting processes, challenge assumptions, and ensure a high level of accuracy and reliability in planning figures.
- You analyze deviations between actuals, budget, and forecast, and derive concrete actions to steer business performance.
- You prepare and evaluate P&L adjustments (e.g., one-offs, normalization effects) and ensure a consistent financial steering logic.
- You act as a business partner to key functions and support them in planning, steering, and optimizing their financial performance.
- You build scenario analyses and business cases and assess their impact on profitability and overall financial performance.
- You closely support the monthly and quarterly closing process and ensure that insights directly feed into the forecasting and steering logic.
- You further develop KPI frameworks and ensure strong alignment with the P&L.
- You proactively drive the continuous improvement of planning, forecasting, and controlling processes.
