Global Launch Manager (m/f/x)

What you can expect

• You will take full end-to-end ownership of global product launches, from technical readiness through market entry to post-launch optimization.


• As the lead for cross-functional launch teams, you ensure that all elements for a successful market entry come together on time and at the highest quality.


• Our launch processes are yours to shape and continuously improve, driving speed, efficiency, and scalability across different launch types.


• Through robust reporting and portfolio steering tools, you create transparency across the full scope and keep all stakeholders consistently aligned.


• Preparing decision support for top management, facilitating review meetings, and making sure critical issues are escalated and resolved quickly are core parts of your day-to-day.


• By proactively identifying improvement opportunities, you lead cross-functional initiatives that strengthen the entire value chain.


• On top of that, you selectively take on project lead responsibility for business-critical innovation initiatives within our PMO governance framework.

What you bring

• A university degree in business, life sciences, pharma, engineering, or a related discipline forms the foundation of your expertise.


• More than 10 years of professional experience are in your toolkit, including at least 5 years in pharmaceutical project, launch, or portfolio management with proven end-to-end responsibility in complex matrix organizations.


• You know the pharmaceutical value chain inside out — from industrial manufacturing processes through to commercial go-to-market strategies.


• Successfully leading multi-country product launches from technical through to commercial readiness is something you have done before, more than once.


• Strong analytical thinking comes naturally to you, and you are confident working with financial valuations and P&L logic.


• Exposure to BD & Licensing or Alliance Management rounds off your profile and is a clear plus.


• Fluent business English allows you to communicate with conviction — and you know how to align, engage, and mobilize diverse stakeholders across an international organization.
