Hampton by Hilton Düsseldorf City Centre
  • Supervise reception and guest service processes
  • Train and familiarise new employees and the front office team
  • Preparation and supervision of group bookings and smaller conferences
  • Responsible for the smooth running of shifts
  • Hilton Programme Champion (Hilton Honors, Guest Assist, etc)
  • Liaising with the Front Office Manager to achieve common departmental goals
  • Opportunities for development and promotion
