Hampton by Hilton Düsseldorf City Centre

Supervise reception and guest service processes
Train and familiarise new employees and the front office team
Preparation and supervision of group bookings and smaller conferences
Responsible for the smooth running of shifts
Hilton Programme Champion (Hilton Honors, Guest Assist, etc)
Liaising with the Front Office Manager to achieve common departmental goals

Professional experience at reception or in customer service desirable
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
German and English language skills at a good level
