- Process mapping & prioritisation: You map end-to-end processes across Sales, Onboarding, Customer Delivery, Finance, People Operations and Legal, quantify the effort involved, and prioritise by time saved and error risk — not by who complains loudest.
- End-to-end automation: You design and build yourself. No-code/low-code (n8n, Make, Zapier), scripts, API integrations, LLM-powered workflows. You make deliberate calls on where no-code ends and engineering begins.
- Data platform: Together with the Analytics Engineer, you own our internal data model, the data warehouse, and the single authoritative definition of our key metrics.
- CRM architecture & strategy: You own the data model of our CRM (currently Pipedrive) — object structure, field logic, lifecycle stages. You assess whether it can carry our enterprise customers with group hierarchies (hotel group → legal entity → individual property), make the migration call, and lead it if required.
- Tool landscape & budget: Consolidation, not collection. You evaluate, negotiate, roll out — and switch off whatever fails to deliver value.
- Standards & operations: Documentation, monitoring, failure alerting, clear ownership. Automations nobody understands and nobody monitors are technical debt with a calendar invite.
- Leadership: You lead two direct reports — hands-on, with a high personal share of the actual build.
