Deine Mission

  • You build and run the Founders Office as a trusted partner to the founders, taking full ownership of company-wide projects
  • You take ownership not just of projects, but of how the company runs: cross-functional initiatives, founder priorities, and the connective tissue between teams
  • You're as comfortable designing a process as you are personally executing it, scaling your own role out of existence as the company grows

Dein Profil

  • You bring 2–4 years of experience in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment, consulting, investment banking, or VC – for example as a Strategy Consultant, Management Consultant, Investment Banking Analyst/Associate, VC Analyst/Associate, Founder's Associate, Business Analyst, Business Operations Manager, or Project Manager
  • Alternatively, you bring at least 2 years of experience as a Founder, Co-Founder, or Managing Director of your own company – whether it scaled, exited, or taught you hard lessons
  • A genuine founder mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, biased toward action, and energized by 0-to-1 problems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with a proactive, hands-on mindset
  • You communicate fluently in both English and German, written and verbal, and can convey complex ideas concisely to different audiences
  • You thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment and are a self-starter with a high sense of ownership and the ability to work independently
  • Genuine interest in contributing to our goal of energy-efficient buildings and a sustainable future

  • you've founded or built something before (officially or unofficially) and want to build again – this time with more tailwind
  • you'd rather launch a new project from scratch than manage an existing one
  • you see ambiguity as room to create, not as a problem
  • you're coming from a role as Founder, Venture Architect, Venture Builder, Innovation Manager, or Business Development Manager – and this is your playground
