Head of Sales – Europe (German Subsidiary)

About the Role
We are supporting a well‑established manufacturing client to source an experienced sales leader to drive their European business. You will shape regional sales strategy, acquire key OEM & integrator customers and build local sales capabilities. Main focus: gaming touch‑display solutions, alongside growth opportunities in industrial and medical display sectors. The client is a Chinese ODM/OEM specializing in touch‑screen monitors and open‑frame display products.
Key Responsibilities
1. Achieve annual European sales targets; prioritize gaming‑display clients, expand industrial & medical accounts.
2. Identify European OEMs and system integrators, develop local sales channels; manage trade shows and customer visits.
3. Full‑cycle key‑account management: negotiation, quotation, contract, order and receivables follow‑up; coordinate with China teams to deliver projects.
4. Track European market, competitors and EU‑relevant regulations; share market feedback for product and pricing planning.
5. Establish local‑sales workflows; recruit and manage future local sales team, set KPIs and incentive schemes.
6. Manage regional sales budget, costs and receivables to ensure healthy business operation.
7. Provide regular updates and reports to China headquarters.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics, Display, Automation or related disciplines.
2. More than 5 years B2B sales‑management experience within electronics industry. Touch‑display experience preferred.
‑ Strong plus: existing network in European gaming‑equipment supply chain
‑ Alternative background: successful sales track‑record in industrial HMI or medical‑display business
3. Solid European‑German B2B connections, practical large‑customer project experience.
4. Fluent business English; German language is a strong plus. Capable of independent commercial negotiations.
5. Knowledge of European business customs and import‑export compliance; long‑term resident in Germany, accept EU travel.
6. Experienced in regional‑business operation and team build‑up; result‑oriented, strong cross‑cultural collaboration skills.
