What You’ll Do

Market Intelligence:

• Analyze local market and marketing insights to develop product strategy and support product roadmap management


• Competitor analysis and hero product comparisons 

Product Ownership:

• Translations and technical proofreading of product manuals and marketing materials


• Samples and CMR products management


• Supporting Product MKT and Sales with Product Information Management (product data management in system, datasheet creation, sales kits, step-up charts, catalogue proofreading, product overviews etc.)


• Contact for internal escalation of (End) Customer Support


• Technical checks of Dealer Advertising (Flyer, etc.) if needed

Strong Business partnering skills, with key stakeholder interfaces as follows:

• Working in cooperation with HA product directors/marketing lead/sales


• Technical Contact and Support for PR Agency, CMR Media, Special Interest Magazines, and Journalists in general


• Technical Trainings and Instructions to internal and external stakeholders


• Contact for technical requests of sales and customers (dealers)


• Ongoing communication with key stakeholder and peers on HQ, EHQ and subsidiary level

You Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable education


• Excellent Customer Interaction and Communication skills both written and spoken


• Ability to focus and adapt in unpredictable and fast-paced work environment.


• A strong team player


• Fluent in English and German

• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment


• Comfortable working in a dynamic, performance-driven environment


• Experience in Consumer goods and FMCG industry is a bonus
