We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team.

Processing of client enquiries and orders
Preparation and follow-up of trade fairs and training courses as well as participation if necessary
Customer advice regarding assortment
Coordination of production & delivery dates
Constant contact with field staff, service staff, accounting and other departments
Ensuring the legally compliant shipment of dangerous goods
Preparation of all export documents

Professional experience in sales, preferably in the bicycle or sports sector
Ideally, German as your native language or comparable language skills
Very good language skills in Polnish, English skills are an advantage
Organizational talent
Ability to work in a team
Resilience and assertiveness
Ability to work independently
Basic technical understanding
Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
