Integration Support Manager

For our dynamically growing company in the field of recruitment, training and placement of skilled workers, we are looking for an Integration Support Manager (f/m/x) for our office in Marburg. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Human resources, Recruiting or related field.

Objectives of this role:

• Active contact with the candidates who engaged in the relocation process
  


• Keeping up with the candidates´ information, local transport of arriving candidates, support local candidate´s status upload to customer and Relocation Team
  


• Travel arrangement confirmation and update to client (via Customer Service)
  


• Support the registration of the candidates in the country of relocation
  


• Plan integration support activity schedule in Germany according to the latest confirmation of the candidate´s starting date at work (intelligent regional bundling of support activities)
  


• Support candidates during their on-boarding at work - “Einstellungsgespräch” and being on their side over the first weeks in the new job as available first contact for questions or issues with the living in the new country
  


• Making sure candidates adapt to the new environment, colleagues and language easily and become independent in most situations in order to integrate themselves as soon as possible
  


• Tracking of candidates´ related requests (“Tickets”) in the area of integration (not employer related/Customer Service)
  


• Support relocated candidates in the first few months of their integration process in the community and, if needed, with accommodation and other administrative questions
  


• Hand-over on time to our customer service the requests or issues with the employers, if the employer is one of our actual clients
  


• Keep Relocation Experts of the Relocation Recruiting country units updated about new trends or major problems in Germany with integration of candidates and potential solving ideas or additional demands before relocation
  


• Developing and maintaining our alumni network and actively contacting our candidates who have worked in DE longer and involving them as our ambassadors in order to promote our business and program thus supporting our Marketing activities

• knowing the challenges and demand fresh to Germany relocated workers and their families have in the first months

• experience in working in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment
  


• detail-oriented, dependable and trustworthy
  


• able to prioritize, manage time well, multitask and troubleshoot
  


• tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software quickly
  


• experience with document review is preferred
  


• clean criminal record certificate
  


• Administrative remote work but also a lot of mobile work to meet and support medical staff in Germany after their arrival and onboarding at the new workplace
  


• Work from a remote base in one or 2 of the regions in Germany (North, East, West, South)
  


• You speak German and English fluent and at least one of the following languages as well: Albanian, Serbian, Macedonian, Arabic, Spanish
