Pincho Nation ist mit über 80 Restaurants eine der am schnellsten wachsenden Restaurantketten in den nordischen Ländern. Diesen Herbst eröffnen wir ein Flagship-Restaurant im Herzen von Kiel an der Holstenbrücke 1-7. Dafür suchen wir ein komplett neues Team!

Wir schätzen eine Mischung aus Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen in unseren Küchen. Das bedeutet: Wenn du bereits Kocherfahrung hast, können wir dir einen Arbeitsplatz bieten, an dem du wachsen und dich weiterentwickeln kannst. Gleichzeitig freuen wir uns darauf, auch Quereinsteiger in der Branche willkommen zu heißen. Eine formelle Ausbildung oder jahrelange Erfahrung als Koch/Köchin sind nicht zwingend erforderlich – eine Leidenschaft fürs Lernen und der Wille, sich zu verbessern, können fehlendes Wissen mehr als ausgleichen!

Wir bewirten jeden Tag eine große Anzahl von Gästen und streben danach, ihre Erwartungen zu übertreffen. Bei dem damit einhergehenden hohen Tempo ist es wichtig, ruhig und fokussiert zu bleiben und Freude an der Interaktion mit unseren Gästen zu haben, während du in unserer offenen Küchenumgebung arbeitest.

As we now enter the German market, we are just as committed to creating memorable moments for our guests, as providing a dynamic work environment for our restaurant crew. We are EXCITED to introduce our concept to the German audience and together with our team (maybe you?) set completely new standards in dining and guest service. 

Pincho Nation is one of the fastest growing restaurant chains in the Nordics with over 80 restaurants. This fall we are opening a flag ship restaurant in the heart of Kiel at Holstenbrücke 1-7. We’re looking for a whole new team!

We value a mix of skills and experience in our kitchens, meaning that if you have cooking experience, we can offer you a workplace where you can grow and develop. At the same time, we are excited to welcome those who are new to the industry. While formal training or years of experience as a chef aren't required, a passion for learning and a drive to improve can more than make up for any lack of knowledge!

We welcome a high volume of guests in our kitchen every day and strive to exceed their expectations. With the fast pace that comes with this, it's important to stay calm, focused, and enjoy interacting with our guests while working in an open kitchen environment.
