Arbeitsbeschreibung - (Junior) Event Manager (all genders)

Your mission

We are looking for a hands-on and creative Event Manager (all genders) to strengthen our brand presence and drive meaningful engagement with external stakeholders. In this role, you will plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of events, from conferences and trade shows to site launches and company-owned formats. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, has strong project management skills, and can deliver memorable experiences that align with business objectives.

Your Day-to-Day

Plan, organize, and execute trade fairs, including booth design, registration, and coordination of marketing materials.
Manage VÆRIDION participation in conferences, keynotes, and panel discussions.
Organize VÆRIDION-owned events such as customer events, site openings.
Ensure seamless end-to-end execution of events, from initial planning to on-site delivery.
Collaborate with Marketing,Technology, and Sales teams to align events with business objectives.
Maintain consistent brand representation across all events and communications.
Monitor budgets and timelines to ensure high-quality delivery.

Your profile

3-5 years of experience in event management, ideally across trade fairs, conferences, webinars, and B2B environments.
Proven track record of planning and executing events end-to-end, from strategic concept to on-site delivery.
Strong understanding of B2B marketing and brand positioning.
Background in high-growth environments preferably in aerospace or space industries, with strong familiarity with professional standards, stakeholder management, and complex event operations.
Passion for events combined with strong organizational talent and attention to detail.
Willingness to travel when needed.

VÆRIDION is a fast-growing deep tech start-up based in Munich, Germany. Since the restrictions by law on CO₂ emissions for domestic and short-haul air travel will stimulate Green Regional Air Mobility, we believe it's our mission to provide an aircraft for Zero emission regional flights.
At VÆRIDION our goal is to develop, build and certify a full electric microliner carrying up to 9 passengers for Short-Haul and Regional Air Mobility by 2030. A full electric microliner is cleaner and cheaper to operate than other aeroplanes in its class, it provides a better travel experience door to door up to 500 km. We offer new optimized design based on proven principles, around proven and available technology in electric motors and batteries, that brings lowest risk and shortest route to certification.
