Invia Travel Germany GmbH with the online travel agency ab in den urlaub is part of the Invia Group. Are you experienced in establishing and developing successful media partnerships in an international environment - for example with tourist boards, tour operators, hotels, airlines and agencies? Do you want to make a big impact and set new trends in the dynamic travel industry?

To further develop our strategic partnerships and strengthen our market presence, we are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager E-Commerce & Media Partnerships (m/f/d). In this key role, you will be responsible for sales activities, maintaining existing partnerships and acquiring new business partners. You will negotiate tailored cooperation and marketing terms, using your network and negotiating skills to achieve the best possible results for our company. You will use your analytical skills and online marketing expertise to develop our partnership strategy and bring innovative solutions to the market.
  • Acquiring and maintaining strategic partnerships in the travel industry: You will develop and maintain long-term relationships with our travel partners and media collaborators.
  • Negotiate contracts with travel and media partners: You will conduct contract negotiations to ensure optimal conditions for Invia Media Group and guarantee successful cooperation.
  • Campaign Management: You will plan, implement and optimise digital campaigns in close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to achieve maximum performance. You will also be responsible for monitoring, process optimisation and annual planning to ensure continuous improvement and efficiency of campaigns.
  • Travel data analysis and reporting: You will continuously analyse market data, sales figures and campaign performance in the travel industry and make data-driven decisions to develop strategic and operational actions.
  • Strategy development for travel e-commerce: Identify new business opportunities and develop tailored approaches to achieve growth targets.
  • Project management: Think and act in an interdisciplinary way and confidently implement projects on a variety of topics using agile methods.
  • Attend industry events and exhibitions: You will regularly attend international trade shows, industry events and customer visits to expand partnerships and generate new business.
  • Several years of professional experience in key account management, sales or a similar position, ideally with a focus on e-commerce and digital partnerships in the travel industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the tourism industry (at least 2 years of industry experience, e.g. with an OTA, tour operator, international destination management organisation or airline).
  • Strong negotiation skills, persuasive manner and ability to inspire others.
  • Strong network in the tourism industry and proven track record in developing and maintaining partnerships.
  • A team player with a hands-on mentality and a high level of initiative, a structured way of working and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel (customer visits, participation in international exhibitions and industry events).
Optional but an advantage:
  • Experience with CMS systems (WordPress, Directus) and marketing tools.
  • Enthusiasm for digital innovation and new technologies in e-commerce and travel.
  • Other foreign language skills
