These are our current challenges and future goals:

After successful market entries in DACH and BeNeLux, Glow25 is now ready to make its mark in France. We're looking for a Key Account Manager France who builds our business in the French market from the ground up – managing existing partners, securing new listings and actively developing ranges and promotions. You'll work closely with our marketing, operations and e-commerce teams and be the face of Glow25 in France: strategic, hands-on and genuinely passionate about brand building.

This is where we need your support:

• Market Entry & Expansion You build our business in France – with a focus on drugstores, pharmacies, online retail and selected grocery partners.

• Account Management You manage existing customers and win new partners through compelling pitches and tailored product range proposals.

• Promotions & Trade Marketing You plan and coordinate promotions, point-of-sale materials and sampling campaigns together with the marketing team.

• Cross-functional Collaboration You work closely with internal teams across marketing, operations, regulatory and e-commerce.

• Market & Competitive Analysis You keep an eye on trends, spot opportunities and develop new distribution ideas for the French market.

• Representation You represent Glow25 at trade shows, customer meetings and industry events across France.

You have the following experience:

• Several years of experience in key account management, ideally in FMCG, beauty or health

• A strong understanding of the French retail landscape – drugstores, pharmacies, online retail and grocery

• Fluent French and English; German is a plus

• A structured, proactive way of working with a real hands-on attitude

• Confident use of everyday tools: Google Workspace, Slack, Asana and a CRM system
