Our customer is a leading supplier of high-tech-equipment for several branches within the electronic industries. The development of the group during the last 30+ years provided outstanding results, both in technological leadership and in market share, today their production lines are operating worldwide in fabs and sites of Tier-1-customers. Even in these times of rapid change, the company impresses with innovation and growth.

The latest task at hand is the creation of a Service & Application Team capable to serve the needs of the customers on-site in the UNITED STATES of AMERICA.

We therefore are looking out for

LEAD ENGINEERS RAMP-UP (m/f/d) // in the US of A

willing and capable to operate on-site at the customers' fab to ensure a steady ramp-up of new equipment, a continuous improvement of the performance and a regular training of customers' operators.

We are looking for experienced engineers from different technical segments (electrical, mechanical, software), preferably with a generalist's approach, i. e. you are able to see and handle the complexity of the system. You bring several years' experience as a Field Application/Service Engineer and see yourself as the technical representative of the company at the customers' site.

You are familiar with a 24/7-philosophy and "machine down" is something you won't accept. Ideally, you come from a similar industry, for example an equipment provider in the semiconductor industry or similar, where response times are critical.

You are fluent in English and willing to live abroad for a longer period of time
