Logistics and warehouse Senior Specialist

responsible for the management of all warehousing and logistics centers in Europe and the handling of warehousing and logistics related work in the German warehouse. Management of other European warehousing and logistics centers, establishment of business processes and research on import and export related policies and laws and regulations; import and export customs clearance and logistics status of materials and consumables in German warehouses; acceptance of materials and consumables into warehouses, management of warehouses, inventory, out of warehouses and packaging and shipping.

Main Responsibility/ Job Expectations:

1. Responsible for the personnel management and business process establishment and optimization of all warehousing and logistics centers in Europe;

2. Responsible for the research of policies and laws and regulations related to the import and export of the company's new products in all European countries;

3. Responsible for the import and export customs clearance of the materials and consumables in the warehouse;

4. Responsible for the acceptance of materials and consumables in the warehouse, in the warehouse management, inventory and out of the warehouse packing and shipping;

5. Responsible for tracking the transportation status of materials and packages in the warehouse and timely communication and processing;

6. Responsible for sales and marketing related customer gifts and goods delivery;

7. Responsible for the procurement of necessary warehousing and logistics related consumables and supplies;

8. Responsible for the daily maintenance and management of warehouse equipment and facilities;

9. Lead and participate in company-level and department-level projects and process optimization;

10. Assist in other related work within the department.

Qualification (Knowledge/Experience/Competition)

1. Knowledge: (Education/Major/Qualification Certificate):

Bachelor degree or above

No limitation on specialty

2. Experience (Professional, Project/Process, Leadership):

Experience in supply chain, warehousing and logistics, international trade and import/export.

3. General Competence:

Customer service and global awareness, strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsible, proactive, willing to take responsibility, agile and adaptable.

Good at identifying and solving problems, and willing to innovate.

Able to handle all tasks with patience and carefulness

4. Professional Competence:

Proficient communication in English can be used as a working language, familiar with the German language

Basic data processing skills in EXCEL      

Biology background or work experience preferred
