As Senior Logistics Process Engineer & Automation Specialist (gn) you are responsible for designing, optimizing, and standardizing logistics and warehousing processes with a strong focus on automation. You bring solid experience in process engineering and are eager to drive ESN & More Nutrition forward? Then get in touch and become part of the team.

Your mission

• You analyze and continuously improve end-to-end logistics and warehousing processes


• You develop and maintain standardized operating procedures (SOPs)


• You identify and drive automation initiatives within logistics operations (e.g., WMS, robotics, digital workflows)


• You lead process optimization projects to improve efficiency, costs, and service levels


• You collaborate cross-functionally with operations, IT, and engineering teams


• You monitor process performance using KPIs and data-driven insights

Your experience & skills

• You have a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field


• You have several years of experience in logistics process engineering or supply chain optimization


• You have strong expertise in process design, SOP development, and continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma)


• You have experience with logistics automation and digitalization initiatives


• You have knowledge of WMS and automation technologies


• You are analytical, structured, and a strong communicator with a data-driven mindset


• You are fluent in German and English
