Responsibilities:

• Performing cleaning and maintenance work on injection molding tools

• Providing tools for ongoing production

• Detecting tool damage and initiating repairs

• Participating in Lean Growth projects and continuous improvement (KVP) measures

• Working with maintenance schedules

• Servicing cold and hot runner systems

• Fine-tuning injection molding tools

Qualifications:

• Completed training as a tool mechanic or a comparable profession in the metal industry; initial work experience is an advantage

• Knowledge of handling injection molding tools as well as LSR and THPL processing is desirable

• Logical, structured, and meticulous working style

• Willingness to perform and ability to work in a team

• Knowledge of relevant quality standards

• Good German language skills, both spoken and written

• Ability to work in a 3-shift system
