Arbeitsbeschreibung - Manager Digital Strategy (m/f/d)

You steer various internal and external strategic core projects (planning, implementation, monitoring, and review) including leading project members and subordinate teams from a professional and team-oriented point of view.
You take over the strategic planning, implementation, and execution of digital marketing strategies for national and international clients considering their overall strategy.
You manage core activities such as workshops, meetings, research, business analysis, and process development for both internal and external projects.
You act as a professional lead and provide extensive management support during the preparation, implementation, and follow-up of customer pitches and customer projects.
You contribute to the creation of customer reports.
You are the main touchpoint for both internal and external stakeholders, including communication and decision-taking.
You monitor compliance topics with budget, timelines, and customer needs.
You give guidance and input in the acquisition of new customers.
You collaborate cross-functionally with team members from different departments.
You act as a mentor and support career development for your team members.

You hold a university degree with excellent grades in business, economics, marketing or a related discipline.
You have at least 2 years of relevant work experience with a focus on (digital) strategy or digital marketing - additional qualifications are a plus.
You possess strong analytical skills and a strong affinity for technology, combined with a creative mind.
You demonstrate very good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You are a service-oriented and communicative team player with a passion for your work.
You are fluent in German and English.
