To strengthen and further develop our Examination Office, we are looking for a dedicated professional to join us at the earliest possible start date.

Our Examination Office is the central hub for all examination-related matters – this is where we manage student data and support both students and faculty throughout all administrative processes.

• Advising students on all examination-related topics and guiding them through key administrative processes (e.g. recognition of prior learning, leave of absence, inability to take exams)
• Managing and taking ownership of examination data, including deadlines, applications, and administrative workflows
• Continuously improving and developing processes within the examination office
• Working closely with professors and lecturers, coordinating exam and resit schedules
• Preparing certificates, transcripts, and official documents and ensuring their timely delivery

• Completed university degree or commercial vocational training
• Initial practical experience in examination administration in higher education, academies, or adult education is desirable
• Strong organizational skills and an interest in structuring and improving processes
• Structured, independent, and detail-oriented working style
• High level of responsibility and self-motivation
• Team player with initiative and strong communication skills
• Proficiency in standard Office tools
• Affinity for AI and interest in actively using digital tools in day-to-day work
• Experience with digital systems (e.g. LMS/Trainex) is a plus
• Very good English skills (C1) required, German skills (B2) are an advantage
