Arbeitsbeschreibung - Manager Talent & Culture (m/f/d)

Be the go-to-person regarding queries about all administrational topics (contracts, references, payroll, social security organisations)
Be the operational lead in preparatory payroll and use your knowledge of the German labor law, tax law and social security law
Be responsible for the maintenance of our employee data in our personnel management system (Personio)
Be supportive when handling the administration of the entire onboarding and offboarding process
Be responsible for creating HR-relevant reports
Be proactive when identifying and resolving operational/ ad-hoc issues
Be an active teamplayer and enjoy shaping HR projects with us
Be the good soul of the office and assist the planning of teamevents

You have a degree or completed training in human resources management
You have at least 3 years of professional experience in operational and administrational HR work
You have sound knowledge of German labour, tax and social security law as well as company pension schemes
You have an independent and autonomous way of working and are adept at handling sensitive data
You are approachable and have a good-natured service attitude paired with a strong hands-on mentality
You are familiar with the common MS Office applications, ideally you already have experience in using the HR software Personio
You are fluent in German & English
