(Medior) Account Manager 

At LYNX, we're looking for a commercially driven Account Manager to strengthen our German team. In this role, you'll be responsible for building long-term client relationships, supporting prospective clients throughout their investment journey, and driving client engagement and trading activity.

Working closely with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, you'll play an important role in growing our client base while helping existing clients get the most out of our trading platform and services.

What you'll do

As our Account Manager, you'll combine relationship management with commercial activities to support the growth of LYNX in the German market.

Your responsibilities include:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
• Advise clients on LYNX products, platform functionalities, and available services.
• Identify client needs and translate them into suitable solutions.
• Convert qualified leads into active clients and support new client acquisition.
• Re-engage inactive clients and increase trading activity.
• Promote LYNX products and services to both existing and prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your sales pipeline.
• Support webinars, events, and masterclasses to strengthen client relationships and brand awareness.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners and support partnership initiatives.
• Contribute to achieving individual sales targets and overall team objectives.

Who you are

You are a commercially driven relationship builder with a passion for financial markets. You enjoy helping clients succeed while identifying opportunities to grow long-term relationships.

• You have at least 2 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Client Advisory.
• You have experience within the financial services sector.
• You have a solid understanding of financial products and investment markets.
• You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• You have an understanding of technical processes such as API trading.
• You are proactive, customer-focused, and enjoy building lasting relationships.
• You work independently, are well-organized, and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the German financial landscape and an existing network.
• Experience with WordPress.

• Knowledge of investment products.
• Additional language skills.
