Membership Services Consultant (m,w,d)

Our team members are the ambassadors of our business and we are on the look out for a passionate Membership Services Consultant to join our team!

Your role will be to work in a fast-paced environment making high volume outbound calls to members who are leaving or members who have missed a payment, in order to help with the overall attrition of the company

You’ll be working in a challenging yet fun outbound calling team, the main focus of this role is to retain members within the business and you will do this by proactively calling our members

About you:

• Experience of outbound calling – high volume Involvement in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to use own initiative and manage own workload
• Customer Service experience
• Strategic with a commercial edge to seek out and maximise potential to grown count and revenue
• Involvement in a fast-paced work environment
• Previous experience of working within the Health & Leisure Industry
