Sales Director – SAP & Cloud Solutions

Location: Frankfurt or Düsseldorf area

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Sales Director to drive new business development and regional growth across the DACH market.

This is a senior, commercially focused role for a proven hunter with a strong network across the SAP and IT services ecosystem. You will take ownership of enterprise client acquisition, develop strategic accounts, and work closely with delivery and technical teams to position tailored SAP and cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition across enterprise accounts within the SAP and IT services market


• Identify, develop, and convert new commercial opportunities across the DACH region


• Build and maintain long term relationships with senior client stakeholders


• Develop go to market strategies aligned with wider business objectives


• Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and customer presentations


• Work closely with SAP consultants, delivery teams, and technical specialists to develop compelling customer solutions


• Develop proposals and commercial strategies for complex enterprise opportunities


• Monitor SAP, S/4HANA, cloud, and wider digital transformation trends to identify new opportunities


• Contribute to the continued growth and development of the regional sales organisation

Requirements

• 8+ years of B2B sales experience within IT services, consulting, or digital transformation


• Strong understanding of the SAP ecosystem, ideally including SAP S/4HANA


• Proven track record of winning new enterprise business and consistently achieving sales targets


• Established network across DACH enterprise organisations


• Strong commercial and consultative selling skills


• Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple senior stakeholders


• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills


• Fluent German and strong English communication skills


• Experience in a regional or sales leadership position is advantageous
