EPA Images, a global leader in news photography and video, is seeking a dynamic New Markets Senior Manager to expand our reach across Northern Europe. Founded by leading European news agencies 40 years ago, EPA Images has a team of 130+ visual journalists spread across the globe. With headquarters in Frankfurt, Germany, we are expanding our sales force to new territories.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Drive Revenue Growth: License our extensive photo and video services to media outlets, corporations, and educational institutions across Northern Europe.
Forge New Partnerships: Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities, collaborating closely with our sales and marketing team to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
Build Lasting Relationships: Create compelling presentations, negotiate deals, and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
Represent EPA with Pride: Attend industry events and conferences, showcasing our brand and fostering valuable connections.
Collaborate for Success: Work closely with our invoicing and administration team to streamline operations and ensure accurate reporting.
Maintain Transparent Communication: Provide EPA management with timely, accurate, and regular insights into sales pipeline progress, account developments, and future sales projections.

Sales Expertise: Possess a degree in communication, sales, or equivalent experience in a sales role within the media industry, a competitor, or a news agency.
Proven Sales Acumen: You have a successful track record in content licensing or media sales, ideally within Northern Europe.
Industry Savvy: You possess a deep understanding of the news and media landscape, along with a strong network of relevant contacts.
Excellent Communication Skills: You're fluent in English and excel at building rapport, negotiating, and presenting information clearly and persuasively.
Self-Motivated and Results-Oriented: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are highly organized, and take initiative to achieve ambitious goals.
