To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Night Audit Supervisor (m/f/d) on a full-time basis, starting immediately.

What to expect:

• Independent management of the night shift, ensuring smooth operations


• Acting as the primary contact for guests during the night and addressing all their concerns


• Checking in late arrivals and checking out early departures


• Preparing and reviewing daily financial reports and reconciliations


• Monitoring hotel security and coordinating emergency situations


• Assisting the Front Office Team with administrative tasks


• Preparing the shift handover to the day team and passing on key information

What we’re looking for:

• Completed vocational training or degree in hospitality


• Initial experience at the reception desk or in hotel night services is an advantage


• Passion for hospitality and a genuine enjoyment of working with our international guests


• Absolute reliability and a strong sense of responsibility


• Flexibility, solution-oriented thinking, and multitasking skills


• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Opera hotel software is a plus


• Good German and excellent English skills
