  • You are up for a 9-month gap year program and the opportunity to rotate between three different teams
  • Become an OMMAX allrounder by getting insights into our expert consulting teams, strategy consulting teams as well as internal functions
  • Strengthen your skills on projects across industries and expand your digital knowledge
  • Work independently and be responsible for and drive your own sub-projects
  • Broaden your perspectives and learn from digital leaders
  • Outstanding academic performance and current completion of a bachelor's degree or in the process of earning a master's degree
  • Strong affinity for digital topics
  • Basic hands-on experience in consulting, strategy departments or business development is a plus
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills as well as good Excel skills and a pronounced capacity for analytic thinking
  • You love to take on a challenge and are looking to push both your personal and professional development 
  • You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team in an international environment 
  • Precise and structured communication skills
  • Fluent in English
