Supporting the hotel manager in the management and organization of all departments and employees
Assisting with day-to-day operations and processing group inquiries and reservations
Supporting the Hotel Manager in recruiting new employees and ensuring the induction and development process
Induction and training of new employees, including ensuring an efficient and sustainable onboarding process
Promoting the brand image by adhering to all Hilton brand and service standards
Developing and implementing in-house sales & marketing strategies

Relevant professional experience in the hotel industry with a focus on front office / rooms, preferably in the city hotel industry
First operational management experience
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Confident handling of common hotel software
Good IT skills with a focus on MS Office (MS Excel)
Leadership personality who knows how to inspire, motivate and make a difference
