OSINT Analyst - SOCEUR

The Opportunity:

As a CACI OSINT Analyst, you will perform in-depth all-source research and analysis; and prepare written assessments for SOCEUR in support of policy, intelligence, and DoD partners. You will integrate open-source data from a wide variety of incongruous sources and disparate formats, converting defined data sets into common ontologies for use by the SOCEUR J2.

Responsibilities:

Your primary focus is the analysis of facilities and Command and Control (C2) networks to provide direct support to Department of War (DoW) and Special Operations Forces (SOF) missions.

Analytical Focus & Methodology

• System Utilization 
• Employs Palantir intelligence systems and specialized Open-source Tools to ingest, visualize, and analyze complex datasets.
•  Network Analysis 
• Determines “fact of” relationships and establishes normal activity baselines for critical infrastructure.
• Relationship Discovery
• Uncovers masked or hidden relationships, including nation-state involvement and network-to-network interdependencies.
• Operational Patterns 
• Conducts deep-dive analyses into C2 nodes and activity trends to identify patterns, deviations, and anomalies.
• Infrastructure Exposure 
• Identifies and exposes key nodes, critical elements, activities, and vulnerabilities within the value chain’s infrastructure supporting SOF operations.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
• Master’s degree with 3 years’ experience or bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience, or an associate degree and 7+ years of experience, or 10+ years of All-Source work experience with 2 years of OSINT experience supporting Special Operations Forces.
• NERD LEVEL 1 Certification
• Minimum of three years of experience in operations coordination roles of responsibility within a tactical, operational, or strategic level command or while supporting a DoD contract of similar size and scope.
• Must be self-motivated and able to operate efficiently and effectively without direct supervision in joint and interagency environments, while maintaining communication with and responsiveness to SOCEUR J2.
• Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of portals and other real or near real-time knowledge management systems.

Desired:

• NERD LEVEL 2 Certification
• Python training
• Large Language Modeling
• Active-duty military OSINT experience while assigned to, or directly supporting, SOCEUR or Joint SOF organizations.
• Must be able to work independently with limited government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to balance structure with flexibility in evolving environments
• Strong written communication skills for documenting standards and guidance
• Comfort working in environments undergoing active modernization and change
