Plant Mechanic / Supply Engineering (Shipyard)

Job Title: Plant Mechanic / Supply Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

·         Fabricate stainless-steel pipe
components for high-pressure systems.

·         Operate pipe-processing
machines.

·         Fabricate and install
stainless-steel components according to isometric drawings and
technical drawings.

·         Set up pumps and other
units/aggregates.

·         Fabricate pipe groups based on 3D
construction documentation and technical drawings.

·         Follow shipyard quality
standards and applicable construction regulations.

·         Support material deliveries and
assist during inspections by construction supervision and classification
bodies.

·         Assist with pressure
testing and related inspection activities.

Requirements

·         3+ years of work experience as a Plant Mechanic / Supply Engineer (Shipyard)

·         Practical technical competence
in the relevant piping and installation activities.

·         Basic welding
knowledge.

·         Completed vocational training
as an Anlagenmechaniker für Versorgungstechnik (Plant Mechanic for
Supply Engineering).

·         Ability to work with 3D
construction documentation using a tablet, laptop or desktop computer.

·         Ability to independently understand
and work from technical drawings and 3D documents.

Advantageous Experience:

·         Previous shipyard
experience.

·         Experience with stainless-steel
high-pressure piping systems.

·         EU Member State
candidates only.

·         Candidates must have the
required completed vocational qualification.

·         Relevant certificates and
meaningful professional profiles must be provided.

·         Candidates must be able to work
independently from technical drawings and 3D construction documents.
