IHRE AUFGABEN

• Unterstützung bei der Post-Merger-Integration (PMI)


• Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung gemeinsamer strategischer und synergetischer Maßnahmen


• Überwachung des Integrationsstatus sowie Kommunikation und Koordination zwischen den relevanten Stakeholdern


• Strategische Bewertung weiterer Übernahmekandidaten für das Aftermarket-Geschäft von Knorr-Bremse Commercial Vehicle Systems


• Kommunikation und Koordination zwischen den relevanten Stakeholdern


• Selbstständige Übernahme und Leitung von Teilprojekten und Initiativen


• Strategische Bewertung weiterer Übernahmekandidaten für das Aftermarket-Geschäft von Knorr-Bremse SfN

IHR PROFIL

• Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches oder ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium (Master/Diplom/MBA/Promotion)


• Ausgeprägte Affinität und Interesse an technischen Produkten und Märkten (Nutzfahrzeugindustrie oder Automobilindustrie, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Aftermarket)


• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Beratungsumfeld, als Projektmanager oder in einer vergleichbaren Position in einem Industriekonzern, idealerweise im PMI- oder M&A-Umfeld


• Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit, gute Auffassungsgabe, hohe Flexibilität


• Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch, Spanischkenntnisse von Vorteil
