To strengthen our Project Management SDS team, we are looking for a Project Engineer (m/f/d) Tunnel Construction Logistics at our Bruchsal location (near Karlsruhe) as soon as possible.

SDS (Segment Documentation System) – this is our product for logistics and quality assurance.

Our customers are internationally operating construction companies – from suppliers of precast concrete parts to tunnel boring machines. As an expert in project management, you accompany and lead your customers to the optimal product solution.

In your first year, you will accompany a tunnel construction project in Austria, England, or Saudi Arabia as a co-project manager and gain initial experience.
Within the project team, you will independently manage the organizational, technical, and economic aspects of international projects (currently including Germany, India, America, Australia, and Switzerland).
For your customers at the precast concrete plant and on the tunnel boring machine, you will install turnkey systems consisting of software and hardware.
You will conduct training sessions for your customers and be available as a competent contact person throughout the entire project duration.
With your (newly acquired) skills in tunnel construction, you will support new developments in the fields of automation and AI.

Completed studies or technician in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics, civil engineering, or mechanical engineering.
With relevant professional experience in project management and/or system integration, a lateral entry with qualifications from other fields is also conceivable.
Ideally, basic understanding of network technologies.
You always keep a cool head and argue solution-oriented.
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, additional languages are a plus.
Openness to interdisciplinary topics such as data management, automation, or AI.
High level of motivation, enjoyment of travel (about 30-40% of working time), and interest in other cultures.
Solid knowledge of the MS Office package, especially Excel, and a driver’s license class B or 3 is necessary.
