Arbeitsbeschreibung - Regional Sales Manager (Großraum Köln - Hannover)

Headquartered in San Francisco, California, with offices in Stuttgart, Germany, Shaper was founded in 2012 with a mission of making precision cutting easy and accessible to craftspeople everywhere. In pursuit of that goal, Shaper developed Origin, the world's first handheld CNC router. Today, Shaper supports thousands of woodworkers and craftspeople around the globe with an expanding range of hardware and software tools that are designed to intuitively meet users' creative needs.

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our European Sales Team. In this role, you will manage your designated sales region (North of Frankfurt, Belgium and the Netherlands), maintaining regular contact with existing customers while also acquiring new ones. You will represent our brand at trade shows, trainings, and events, becoming one of the faces of our company.

  • Bring the Shaper spirit to the forefront, inspiring and engaging customers with our product portfolio, serving as a crucial link between our customers and Shaper.
  • Independently manage your sales region, planning and organizing your daily activities autonomously.
  • Drive direct sales of our products, continuously expanding our dealer network and maintaining strong partnerships.
  • Represent Shaper at trade fairs and events throughout Europe
  • You have experience in sales or marketing, or you're seeking a new challenge outside of traditional craftsmanship roles.
  • You are comfortable and confident working within an omni-channel sales model and enjoy being part of a team.
  • Ideally, you live between Cologne and Hannover
  • You have a hands-on mentality and thrive in a team environment
  • You are a strong communicator, persuasive and customer-oriented
  • You work independently, are goal-oriented, and possess excellent organizational and coordination skills.
  • You are fluent in German and English. French or another European language is a bonus.
  • You are willing to travel 3-4 days per week

  • Experience with HubSpot or Shopify is a plus
  • You have professional experience in the woodworking or power tool industry
