The registered office of RiGO Trading S.A. is established in the municipality of Niederanven in the Moonar business complex close to the Findel Airport. The company was launched in 2014 and employs currently more than 90 employees. One of the company's purposes is to manage the distribution of HARIBO products to over 40 markets, including Luxembourg, as well as to duty free and retail customers worldwide. RiGO Trading S.A. also manages intellectual and industrial property rights, as well as procurement for its group companies.

Aufgaben
The Sales Director – Export is a senior commercial leadership role responsible for driving profitable growth, brand development, and market expansion across international export markets, in particular Eastern / Southeast Europe. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer of the Developing Countries' business, the role leads the definition and execution of the international sales and marketing strategy for the HARIBO brand.
The position combines strategic leadership with hands-on commercial execution, distributor management, and cross-functional collaboration, contributing directly to the company's longterm growth, brand strength, and organizational development.
Define and implement international sales and customer development strategies to achieve volume, value, and distribution targets in line with agreed budgets.
Optimize sales organization structures and commercial resources and capabilities to ensure effective market coverage and route-to-market efficiency.
Lead the development and execution of export sales and marketing strategies aligned with brand positioning, category strategies, and portfolio priorities in the confectionery FMCG sector.
Drive market expansion and penetration through tailored international go-to-market strategies, promotional mechanics, and channel development.
Establish pricing architectures, trade terms, and promotional strategies to deliver sustainable gross margin and profitability targets.
Leverage market intelligence, consumer insights, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and steer commercial decision-making.
Oversee sales forecasting, performance analysis, and management reporting, ensuring transparency and accuracy of financial and operational KPIs.
Lead new business development initiatives, including the selection, onboarding, and development of distributor and partner networks across export markets.
Manage and align internal stakeholders to ensure consistent execution of corporate strategy, brand standards, and commercial priorities.
Ensure operational excellence within international sales by setting objectives, prioritizing initiatives, and following up on execution and results.
Lead, motivate, and develop high-performing commercial teams
Actively contribute to the company's overall strategy, capability building, and leadership agenda as a member of the senior management community.
Profil
Proven ability and ambition to lead an international sales organization within an FMCG or confectionery environment.
Strong strategic thinking capability with experience in translating concepts into executable commercial plans.
Entrepreneurial mindset and strong commercial acumen, with a results-driven approach to market development.
Demonstrated success in delivering sustainable growth and building long-term customer and partner relationships
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across multicultural environments.
Significant experience in senior commercial roles, including export sales, distributor management, and/or key account management.
High level of flexibility and willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
Languages: Fluency in English and a good knowledge of other foreign language(s).
Any Eastern European language or Spanish would be an advantage.
