Founders' Associate Intern - fintech startup with experienced founder team

We're an early-stage FinTech founded by an experienced founder team who built multi-million Euro startups before. With our new FinTech, we are entering a regulated 100 billion Euro market while being backed by various unicorn founders, senior industry executives, and various global tier 1 VC investors.
You will get the opportunity to join a fast-scaling startup as one of the first employees and you will work directly with the founders.
We are looking for a Founders' Associate Intern to join us full-time starting in early 2025.

• As a Founders' Associate intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the realization of our mission and vision.
• Your role will be multifaceted, providing assistance directly to the founders in a wide range of activities, from strategic analysis to optimizing products and fundraising.
• This position offers a unique opportunity to gain insight and contribute to various aspects of a rapidly growing FinTech startup.

Strategic Analysis & Support:

• Assist in conducting strategic analysis to identify market trends, potential business opportunities, and areas for product enhancement.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of business strategies in alignment with the company's mission and vision.

Product Optimization & Development Support:

• Support the product development team by providing insights and feedback to enhance product features and user experience.
• Participate in the design and implementation of digital advice and purchase journeys to ensure convenience and ease of use for end customers.

Business & Partner Opportunities Identification:

• Help identify and assess new business opportunities and potential partnerships that align with the company's B2B model.
• Contribute to partnership development efforts, including preparation for meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities.

KPI-Based Performance Measurement System:

• Assist in creating and implementing a KPI-based performance measurement system to monitor and evaluate the company's progress towards its goals.
• Analyze data and prepare reports to provide insights on key performance indicators.

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in FinTech, digital finance solutions, and the pension savings market.
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with an ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights.
• Proactive and eager to learn, with a willingness to take on diverse tasks in a dynamic startup environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, comfortable working in a collaborative setting.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
