What would the position be about?

As Senior Solutions Consultant,  you will develop exceptional Smartsheet solutions, positively transforming our clients’ work methodologies. Your role will encompass managing the entire customer process, from initial contact to project completion, including moderating kick-off meetings, developing innovative proof of concepts, implementing tailored solutions, and conducting expert training for successful change management. 

What else you’ll be doing

• Develop and implement exceptional Smartsheet.com solutions to transform clients’ work methodologies and meet their business objectives.
• Conduct initial meetings to understand customer requirements in detail.
• Manage the entire customer process, from initial contact to project completion.
• Present innovative Proof of Concepts to demonstrate solution capabilities.
• Lead expert training sessions for seamless solution integration and utilisation.
• Identify opportunities to expand our business with existing customers. 
• Mentor colleagues and shape company processes to continuously improve AMX.
• Take ownership of key accounts and geographies.

We'd really like to hear from you if ...

• You’re a consulting and project management expert, ensuring smooth execution and meeting customer expectations throughout the project cycle.
• You have a strong skill set when it comes to Excel or Smartsheet and other software tools like Salesforce.
• You build and maintain great customer relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling additional services or solutions to meet evolving customer needs.
• You love to coach and conduct expert training sessions to facilitate successful change management and ensure the effective utilisation of new solutions by clients.
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, constantly seeking new opportunities and ideas to drive transformative changes for clients.
• You’ve completed a Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related fiel
• You speak English and German OR Danish OR Swedish fluently.
